Fellsway Plaza is centrally located at the intersection of Routes 16 and 28 in Medford, Massachusetts. This 210,000 square foot shopping center is anchored by a 50,000 square foot Super Stop & Shop, Modell’s, Outback Steakhouse and AJ Wright.  The center was originally developed in the 1950s and was most recently renovated in 2002.  Fellsway Plaza has been the “Bulls Eye” of the retail marketplace since its inception and today is positioned in the middle of a four million square foot trade area. 

Stop & Shop has razed the former Ames building to make way for a state of the art 65,000 square foot Super Stop & Shop, scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2008. Upon opening the new supermarket, Stop & Shop will vacate its existing building in the Plaza.  The former supermarket building will be renovated and 50,000 square feet of new retail will be created and ready to open in late spring 2009.
